The terms for using viznr

Who you're agreeing with

viznr ("we", "us") is operated by RSR Ventures Limited, a company based in British Columbia, Canada — by using the service, you're entering into this agreement directly with RSR Ventures Limited.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using viznr (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use viznr. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

What viznr does

viznr lets you upload a photo of a room or outdoor space and generates an AI-redesigned version of it based on your answers to a short questionnaire. A limited number of renders are free each day; additional renders can be purchased as credit packs (see our Refund Policy). Signing in is optional and is handled by our identity provider, Clerk.

Your content

You retain ownership of any photo you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process it — including sending it to the third-party AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy — solely to generate your render. As described there, we don't store your uploaded photo after the request completes.

You represent that you own or have the right to share any photo you upload, that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights, and that it doesn't feature identifiable people as its main subject (our moderation system blocks much of this automatically, but you're responsible for what you upload).

Generated renders

Subject to these terms, you may use the images viznr generates for you ("renders") for personal or commercial purposes, including sharing them with contractors, designers, or on social media.

Copyright in AI-generated images is legally unsettled in many jurisdictions, and purely AI-generated output may not be eligible for copyright protection at all. We make no representation that you can copyright, or exclusively own, a render, and we're not liable if a render resembles output another user could independently generate from a similar photo and prompt.

AI-generated content — no guarantee of accuracy

Renders are AI-generated visual concepts, not architectural drawings, structural plans, or contractor-accurate specifications. viznr does not verify that a render is physically buildable, code-compliant, or accurately scaled. Do not rely on a render for structural, electrical, plumbing, load-bearing, or any other safety-critical decision. Always consult a licensed professional before making physical changes to a space based on a render.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of people as the main subject, or photos you don't have the right to share.
• Upload illegal, infringing, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise prohibited content.
• Attempt to bypass the free-tier daily limit, rate limits, or moderation checks.
• Use the Service to build a competing product, or to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to it.
• Interfere with the Service's operation or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section, with or without notice.

Payments and credits

Credit-pack purchases are processed by Stripe and are subject to our Refund Policy. Prices are shown in the checkout flow before you pay. We may change pricing or the composition of packs at any time; changes don't affect credits you've already purchased.

No guaranteed availability

viznr is provided on a best-effort basis. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and the Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages (our AI and payment providers), or circumstances outside our control.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE AND ANY RENDERS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RSR VENTURES LIMITED WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) CAD $50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RSR Ventures Limited harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Termination

You may stop using viznr at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including for violating these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (content representations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada, and you consent to their jurisdiction. This doesn't take away any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country or state of residence.
